Within this "closet", I shall be showing you different cosplays, any friends who cosplay, and just generally nerdy things. I myself am physically female, just starting college, and I who work in the school theatre department. I have been cosplaying for four years and been involved in some kind of theatre ever since I can remember. If you have any questions or suggestions for me go ahead and ask! But be wary of any sass you may get if you are rude!

No Matter How Many Times...
No matter how many times a friend would tell me before I step out of the hotel door I will feel the bit of panic in my stomach with the first person who sees me in my newest cosplay. Hell, even if I've worn it before, I promise, I'll still feel the panic and it won't die down until some stranger smiles at me and recognizes who I am. Then I'll relax and at that point it won't matter if no one else knows who I am or if they give me shit for my portrayal. After that first person I am invincible and nothing can touch me.

And From the Depths of the Abyss I Return!
I'm sorry dear one's I haven't been here for nearly two weeks... I warned you in the beginning...
Anyway, while I am actually here, coherent, and not keeled over in pain I would like to remind you all to lift with your knees not you back.
Also, in the world of cosplay if you would eat breakfast on a normal day, DON'T SKIP IT DURING A CON. You will feel like absolute shit all day if you do I can almost guaranty it! So, eat something, anything, even if it's a cereal bar, eat something!
How do these two things go together you might ask yourself, I'll tell you. It's the amount of pain you'll be in later. One will be in your back and distract you from everything else and the other will cause a dull aggravating pain(worse if you skipped dinner too) that causes you to be snippy and on edge.
So I will say this once again; Lift with your knees and eat breakfast.

Just an Example Here
Now, the reason why I want you to see it? There are two women in this. Yup, that's right, two of them. Now, the other isn't hiding in the corner or anything. The person in the jacket is my friend Rhen. She's adorable, just let me tell you, and she also makes a very convincing man.
In this GIF both people are dressed as different versions of the same character; Gabriel from Supernatural. The one in the skirt was dressed as a female version and the other as the original male version. They both did a very great job and took part in the Supernatural photo shoot happening at this convention.
I would like to give them both a hand. Not just for their beautifully done cosplays, but also for their courage to step in front of the camera.

Ode to an Internet Wave
How dare you? Yes, you there, the one telling people they can't cosplay because they don't look like the character, who are you and why is your horse so high?
You are not at a point in which you can tell anyone that they can't do what they love, no one is.
How dare you call them too fat, too thin, too tall, or too short. You wouldn't make a perfect character either, I guarantee it! No one does!
So don't sit there and tell someone that they aren't trying hard enough, they're trying harder than you.
You who sits on your ass and puts others down who had the courage to post a picture of their hard work online. Because that is what it is, courage. Because if it wasn't then what would it be to post a picture of yourself onto a website, when you know very well that someone could look at it and give you shit.
Some would call it stupidity, I don't I call it courage. Courage, because you posted your picture online and had the ill put faith in humanity to be humane when they spoke about you.
